October - May: 200 € per night
June: 260 € per night
July & August: 450 € per night
September: 260 € per night

Fresh linens, towels and large pool or beach towels are included in every booking. They are changed at the end of each stay. 

Cleaning: 230 € (includes the cleaning fee, bed linens, towels, and possibly a mid-week cleaning).

Additional costs: Overnight stay tax €2.50 per person per night (from 12 years old)

Security Deposit : 500€

Minimum stay:
July and August - 7 nights / All other months - 3 nights
