PRICES ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES

All prices are stated in € and Croatian Kuna incl. 13% VAT. Accommodations are sold per unit whereas services are sold per person or based on group size. No meals are included with accommodation rates. Be aware that a cleaning fee is charged at the end of your stay. The exact amount differs for each accommodation type and is outlined in the accommodation section of our website.

CHILD POLICY

Acadia rents villas and apartments on a per unit basis, and therefore rates for children do not apply. Children are welcome and can stay in all units as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in 3:00 p.m. | Check-out 10:00 a.m. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival one day before your arrival at the latest! A late check-out fee might be charged. Airport transfer is available for a fee.

DEPOSIT POLICY

In order to guarantee your booking, 50% of the total booking amount is required as a non-refundable deposit. The deposit payment is due as per the booking confirmation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival the latest. If your arrival date is within the next 30 days, please pay the entire rental amount as per the booking confirmation.

Security deposit: Please be aware that we kindly ask for a security deposit at the time of arrival. This will be refunded after your stay if there are no damages to the rental unit or any item therein. The exact amount differs based on the unit selected and is outlined below every unit in the accommodation section of the website. 

EXTRAS

Additional services such as airport transfers, boat rentals, tours, excursions, etc. are offered both online and locally. Acadia d.o.o. works with third party service providers, and even though these suppliers are hand-picked, Acadia cannot take responsibility for equipment that does not comply with general safety regulations. This responsibility lies with the supplier alone. With regard to guest negligence, we assume no liability for injuries. Uncovered parking is available free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit of 50% due as per the booking confirmation can only be refunded if the reservation is cancelled within 10 days after the booking. Cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the total booking amount + taxes. Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. Jurisdiction: Split, Croatia. With the current price list, all previous prices become null and void.
