PRICES ACCOMMODATION & SERVICES

All prices are stated in € and Croatian Kuna incl. 13% VAT. Accommodations are sold per unit whereas services are sold per person or based on group size. No meals are included with accommodation rates. Be aware that a cleaning fee is charged at the end of your stay. The exact amount differs for each accommodation type and is outlined in the accommodation section of our website.

CHILD POLICY

Acadia rents villas and apartments as per unit, therefore no child rates apply. Children are welcome and can stay in all units, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in 3 pm | Check-out 10.00 am. Please inform us about your approx. time of arrival the lastest one day before your arrival! A late check-out fee might get charged. Airport transfer is available for a fee.

DEPOSIT POLICY

In order to guarantee your booking, a 50% deposit is required. It is due as per booking confirmation! The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival the latest. If your arrival date is within the next 30 days, please pay the entire rental amount as per booking confirmation.

Security deposit: Please be aware that we kindly ask for a security deposit at the time of arrival. This will be refunded after your stay if there are no damages to the rental unit or any item therein. The exact amount differs based on the unit selected and is outlined below every unit in the accommodation section of the website. 

EXTRAS

Additional services such as airport transfers, boat rentals, tours, excursions, etc. are offered both online and locally. Acadia d.o.o. works with third party service providers and even though these suppliers are hand-picked, Acadia cannot take on responsibility that working equipment complies with general safety regulations. This responsibility lies with the supplier alone. In the case of own negligence of the guest with the consequences of injury no liability is assumed. Uncovered parking is available free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The deposit of 50% due as per booking confirmation can only be refunded if the reservation gets cancelled within 10 days after the booking. The total booking amount cannot be refunded within 30 days of the arrival date. Please understand that we can only accept room cancellations in writing. Jurisdiction: Split, Croatia. With the current price list all previous prices lose their validity.
